One of the easiest ways to get a green container in is to add a cup of spinach. It will turn the shake to an ugly color, but you cannot taste the spinach. I also take spinach and add some water, blend, and put into ice cube trays. This is a great way to use up spinach before it goes bad.
Strawberry Shakeology + 1 cup of almond/coconut milk + 1 purple container of strawberries + 2 TBSP cheesecake Jell-O + ice and water. Blend One of my favorites!! 21 Day Fix: 1 Red 1/2 Purple
Strawberry Shakeology + 1 red container of Greek Yogurt with Honey + 1 purple of frozen strawberries, bananas, and peaches + ice and water. Blend
Sugar Cookie Shakeology
Vanilla Shakeology + 1 cup almond milk + 1 frozen banana + 1/4 tsp baking soda + 1/4 tsp cream of tartar + 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract + 1 tbsp peanut butter + water or ice to taste. Blend. 21 Day Fix; 1 Red, 1 Purple, 1 tsp. More Shakeology recipes can be found here.
