I always remember back in the day that Brussels sprouts were always boiled, made the house stink, and tasted horrible. I always hated when they were on the menu. An easy way to cook your Brussels sprouts are to toss them with some olive or coconut oil, pepper, and salt and roast them at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. Or try some of these recipes!
