I am always looking at ways to save money on healthy food! But also looking at quick meals that fit with our busy family schedule. We used to go to those processed unhealthy meals that were fast and quick or pick something up at a fast food restaurant, Well I can’t say we don’t always follow that route, but if I PLAN we do avoid them! I look back and reflect on this last year. I can definitely say we are moving in the right direction.
