Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Cook ground beef and sausage until cooked through.
  3. Add the onions, mushrooms, peppers, and garlic over medium heat until slightly soft.
  4. Add the cauliflower rice to the and cook another 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add the can of crushed tomatoes and all the spices. Let it simmer for a few minutes for some of the liquid to boil out.
  6. Stir and pour into a 9×12 pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
