This is my usual go to for breakfast. It takes a few minutes and taste delicious!  To make the process quicker in the morning, I prep the vegetables on the weekend and bag them.  Then all I have to do in the morning is empty the bag into the skillet.

Instructions
  1. Heat the skillet with the olive oil. Dump the green container(s) of spinach, mushrooms, pepper, and tomatoes. Saute.
  2. Move the vegetables to the side and add the two eggs.
  3. I then sprinkle turmeric, sea salt, and pepper to the eggs.
  4. Cook until the eggs are done and then mix them all together in the skillet.
Recipe Notes

Notes: I sometimes add a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese for added flavor.
