Turkey Meatballs with ZoodlesMy coach shared this recipe with me…I fell in love with them!  I pair them with spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning, and zoodles. (I just bought a Veggetti Pro and LOVE it!  I took her recipe and swapped the paprika for turmeric.  I also had some kale in the refrigerator.  I have been trying to figure out how to sneak kale into our food daily. Check out her original recipe and the other delicious recipes she has on her blog.

Turkey Meatballs with Zoodles
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and portion into meatballs. I use our cookie scoop and made 21 out of my last batch.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes, turn halfway through.

I usually freeze mine for easy lunch meals later.
